Cheryl Ann Chittum, 55, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Wichita Falls, Texas

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Court of Flowers at Crestview Memorial Park.

Cheryl was born October 22, 1959 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Leonard and Phyllis (Buffaloe) Chittum. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Wichita Falls and a founding charter member of Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas. Cheryl graduated from Rider High School in 1978 and then went on to attend Midwestern State University where she was a member of Chi Omega and graduated in 1982 with a BBA degree in accounting. Her career was in accounting management in the restaurant industry for more than 25 years with employers including, Black-eyed Pea, Taco Bueno and Cheddar’s restaurants.

Cheryl is survived by her parents, Phyllis & Leonard Chittum of Wichita Falls; brother, Steve Chittum of Frisco, Texas. Many work and bible study friends and family dogs, Chelsea and Lucy.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Road, Wichita Falls, Texas 76310, with special thanks to the loving, caring, and thoughtful staff at hospice.
